I had the most amazing riding experience. Lenny the owner was amazing and is so passionate about his horses and he went way out of his way to give me one of the best horse riding experiences that I have done. The views are some of the best in the Hunter Valley. I got to see kangaroos and birds, just lovely. I am still on a high from this Beautiful riding experience. Highly recommended this to anyone.

Amazing experience! Avril was a great guide and helped me feel super comfortable on my first ever ride. She went above and beyond - answering all my questions, taking pictures and sharing them with me after. It's a such beautiful location, I'll definitely be back. High recommend!

We camped for three nights with three young kids and can say it was the best camping experience we’ve ever had. The property is stunning!! Lenny made us feel like family and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The horse riding was brilliant, the horses were calm and were perfect for first time riders. This will be a camping trip the kids will never forget!
Horse riding, emu dance parties, spectacular views and cattle feeding are just a few highlights. Couldn’t fault it. Thank you Lenny and Margaret :)

We stayed for 2 nights in the hilltop villas which were very well kept. The kids and I loved the 1hr trail ride and fell in love with the horses. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, so patient with the kids, answering their questions making the stay so memorable. The kids enjoyed helping feed the horses, but their favorite thing was the bonfire night and emu dance with Lenny. Thank you again for a wonderful experience, we will be back soon.

What a fantastic experience. My partner and I had an amazing time on our riding tour. Lenny was a terrific guide and took us on a nice intermediate ride to some amazing mountain top views of the Hunter valley. It was my first time riding horseback and the whole experience felt safe and in control. Highly recommend a visit.

We went on a family trail ride today with two young children (7yrs and 4yrs). Lenny and his team were amazing. We had two hesitant little boys who at the end were hugging their horses good bye and have talked about them non stop! Lenny was so patient and fun for the boys. Teaching us about the horses as went went along. It was such a wonderful and relaxing morning. We can't wait to return again soon!

My partner and 2 kids had a fantastic family horse ride experience. The young girl looking after us was wonderful. My 10 year old was very nervous and she was so patient with her.

We’ve been here twice now and both times the kids have had the absolute best time! Our second visit was today and the lovely owner spoke to my boys like they were the best helpers he’d ever had and they got the biggest kick out of it! Highly recommend a horse ride and tractor ride to feed all the animals. My kids haven’t stopped talking about it. Margaret at the front desk was also so lovely to my kids helping with their helmets. Thank you again for such a lovely day out. We will definitely be back!

I took my daughter and her friends here for her 8th birthday. First time on a horse for most of them. We did the half hour horse ride and tractor ride. All the staff where great and Russell was very informative and went above and beyond to make sure the kids had a great time. I highly recommend Hunter Valley Horse Riding & Adventures! We had a fantastic 1-hour horse trail ride in the beautiful Hunter Valley! The scenery was stunning, and the ride was peaceful and relaxing — a perfect way to take in the natural beauty of the area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable with our horses. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced rider, this is such a memorable experience. Highly recommend it if you’re visiting the Hunter Valley!

Had an amazing morning doing a trail ride. Perfect for experienced and inexperienced riders with the option to trot and canter if you have experience. My partner had no experience and still completed the trail ride with no issues and we had so much fun!! Saw a lot of wallabies. 10/10 recommend Lenny and the team :)

Such an awesome place to go horse riding. Amazing experience riding Axle, Beth, Star and Tiny. The horses are so well trained that they follow the voice commands of Kate and Lenny. My wife and kids (11 and 3) enjoyed the ride. Lenny was such a good trainer that he got my little 3 year old daughter to sit and ride while she was scared at the start and also showed her the kitten to make her comfortable. We will be coming back again.

Fantastic experience! We did the 1.5hr ride. The last half hour we got to wander through the trees and try different terrain. The horses had great temperaments and it was definitely a great activity for beginners through to people with a bit of horse experience. The team were so lovely and our guide was fantastic (I think her name was Sienna)!

This place is phenomenal! Both the kids and the adults had the most magical experience. The location is picturesque and there are so many great activities. Lenny and his team were so hospitable and brilliant with our toddlers. Pony rides were excellent and the tractor ride/tour blew our mind! We got to explore the property and feed/interact with all the animals along the way. Cannot recommend a visit here more highly.

Absolutely loved our experience led by Lenny. The ride was picturesque and his management of the team of horses was extremely professional. I found this place by chance and booked it for my daughter.
WOW!!!
What a wonderful experience it was for myself and my daughter as well.. The property is absolutely beautiful, the horses are so well looked after and so placid.
We ended up spending about 1 1/2 hours there and will be back tomorrow morning for another visit before heading home.
The staff and owners are just the loveliest and most friendly people.
Thank you so very much for making it such a lovely experience for us, we will definitely be back and will recommend you to all our friends.
